Is There Anything too hard For God?

Greetings to you friends and brothers and sisters in Christ. We greet you this day in Jesus name.

The book of Jeremiah 32:27 reads  “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me? “ I myself have also herd many great sermons on this provocative topic over the years .Our blog this week is a resounding affirmation of God’s holy word the bible that there is nothing too hard for God.

As we mentioned in our last blog, we have spent month after month traveling to the South and Mid West  and the East of the U.S sharing the  Testimony of our work in India.

Going to India in the 1st place seemed to be the biggest gamble of our lives. That is  going to a foreign Country to live and work and not really knowing how we would survive but God proved himself strong and sustained and prospered his servants.

After returning from India our plan was to immediately return to our jobs and try to regain a sense of normalcy in our lives. But after working in such a place and living among the people, preaching, teaching, laughing and crying, holding their babies, praying with and for them, loving them and struggling with them. We felt convicted that we just could not go back to business as usual but we felt convicted to be a voice for many of our voiceless brethren suffering in India without hope.

We therefore decided to put aside our plans for work and plans to purchase another home and go out and tell our story to whoever would listen. This seemed to be our 2nd gamble as we were now back home without our own home and without jobs. How would we survive the coming Months? How would we get enough funds to embark upon another Mission trip to continue our work? These and other questions hung ominously over our head. Yet we decided to act on the principles of faith that had prospered our journey in India and we decided to advance upon another phase of our work, again trusting God.

It was the man Hudson Taylor the pioneer Missionary to the Country of China who said “God’s work done in God’s way will never lack God’s supply.” And our humble Family is a living testimony as to the veracity of this statement that God cannot, will not fail those who put their trust in Him.

The 3Angels Broadcasting Network took our story and granted 3goingforward an interview with their Network. Almost overnight our Ministry’s work went from being obscure and unknown to being viewed by 100’s of thousands of Adventists believers and Christians  around the World. We expected a good response from the viewing audience as our story was quite moving but the response that we received was unbelievable. Even while our taping was being played on TV  we began to receive phone calls almost immediately. And we received many phone calls all day, late into the night and throughout that week from people, some who were even moved to tears from our Testimony as to what God did  and is doing in India with the Gospel message.

We also received letters of encouragement from people around the world  who were praying for us and some even gave small donations to assist the future work. Wow, we serve an awesome God.

Shortly thereafter we connected with a Ministry based in New York by the name of The Metro New York Mens Prayer Ministry. After seing us on 3ABN Television they also wanted to help. This Ministry is really a conference call that begins at 5:15am weekly. Several hundred men and their families listen to hymns, the preached word and pray together 7 days a week. The people in this Conference call listen in  from all over the US, Canada, the Caribbean and many Countries around the World. Metro New York has stepped forward and has pledged to construct 2 Churches. 1 school and 1 Clinic for our present target area in India. We have also taped and preached at Mission TV and we were just featured in the July edition of  the Columbia Union magazine the Visitor, which covers many States along the East Coast of the US. Here is a link to that Magazine Article if interested http://www.columbiaunion.org/article.php?id=770

The work is now advancing more rapidly that we ever thought possible, plans  are being framed to reach new Villages and Towns even as we speak.

Last year this time we were packing our bags to venture deep into this mysterious and unknown country called India, with few to encourage us. We left without fanfare or publicity to humbly follow that still small voice. With only $400 dollars to our name and a return ticket, my wife myself and 9 year old son Noah set out to change the World forever. God has prospered our efforts, accepted our sacrifice and is now positioning us for greater things to come. We plan to return to India in  17days to embark upon the next leg of our journey. We will go with a 1 way ticket, and book our return ticket as the lord provides. We still hunger at times and long for the comforts of our 1st and only home that is now long gone. We reminisce at times about the  Vacations that we took in times past and the nice comfortable cars that we once owned. We think back on our life as it once were and parlay with it’s seductive invite, but there is a deeper longing a deeper thirst to do Gods will. It drives us and beckons us to go forward again into the horizons beyond. Again the 3goforward to labor, not for temporal riches, but for the eternal, not for that which is seen but for that which is unseen. Not for earthly treasure  but for that Kingdom whose builder and maker is God.

To those reading this blog today we sincerely thank you for being there for us. Some reading have been with us from day 1. Because of your financial support and especially your prayers on our behalf we have been able to do God’s work in India. Because of your sacrifice many have heard the Everlasting Gospel preached to them without compromise. And the knowledge of God is now going forward through the Earth  to hasten our master’s coming and bring the end of all things.
